I think that It was very amazing that Morgan and Alex tried living on Minimum wage for 30 days. It made me realize how hard it actually be. It made me appreciate my life a lot more.
On minimum wage you can’t just eat when you are hungry because you don’t
have the money. You have to ride the bus or walk every day to get to places. It is also almost impossible to maintain a healthy diet on minimum wage. You have no time for anything besides work. It is so hard to live on minimum wage because the cost of living went up while minimum wage was the same. One of the scariest thing about living on minimum wage is that you can barely get by and then if something bad happens to you it makes living ten times harder. You can’t go to the doctor because you can’t afford it, you don't have
insurance or credit cards, instead you can go to a free clinic. You have to pay almost $400-$500 for just walking into the
emergency room. It is just ridiculous. Also living on minimum wage can be even more difficult if you have children. It is even more difficult because kids are expensive. One of the amazing things about this whole video is that there are Church run store where everything is free because of
donations. It is amazing that people out there care enough to donate things to others. It may not seem like a big deal to just donate for example a couch, but that couch could mean the world to somebody. This video really gave me a different perspective on life. It is very important to have perspective because sometimes you can get so caught up in your own life and forget that there are bigger problems in the world than just yours. Someone may have it worse than you. Overall this was a great video and it really changed my perspective on life.

I think that my speech over Conjoined Twins went really well. I felt like I really knew my topic. I knew it better than I thought I did. I didn't stumble over words as much as I usually do and i wasn't as nervous. I definitely think I am improving on giving speeches. I practiced a lot for my speech and I was very interested in it. I don't think I would change anything to make it better. I think the only thing that would have made it better was to not use a notecard at all but then I would probably need more practice time. Overall speech went well!
